After a tough loss to Oklahoma State, Texas comes back with a commanding victory over the Texas Tech Red Raiders! Texas had 281 rushing yards on the night! Malcolm Brown and Joe Bergeron with over 100 yards rushing each!! The defense had a HUGE impact on the game. They had a total of 11 sacks! This team has turned it around and are tied for first in the Big 12! Great day to be a Longhorn fan!! Hook'em!!! \m/

Just a kid

The Nets are (3-9), who went into the season with a $190 million team and were hoping for the best. They have lost four straight games. They are 1-7 on the road. There coach is one of the greatest point guards to ever play the game, but so far it doesn't look like he is meant to be in the NBA as a coach. Unless the Nets turn it around there season cold be over before you know it.

The newest member of the New York Yankees  Brian McCann. Brian got a deal of 5 years for 85 million dollars. The Yankees are hoping to maybe up the offer in the future for 6 year 100 million dollars.

Big Trade

The St. Louis Cardinals have sent third baseman and former World Series MVP David Freese to the Los Angeles Angels for outfielder Peter Bourjos as part of a four-player trade. Also the Cardinals will receive angels outfielder Randal Grichuk, and the cardinals will receive reliever Fernando Salas.
